1) What is Build On Demand?
All of our orders are built on demand. The items are made after you confirm your order and it is processed into production. Since there is no inventory or stock of any items, we are not able to process any returns or exchanges. If you have questions regarding sizing, please contact Towsleys at 920.482.1217 before placing your order.

2) Who do I call if I have problems or questions with ordering?

3) What if my garment doesn't fit?
There are size charts available for each item. Please check before placing your order as all sales are final. If you have any questions regarding sizes of the apparel items, please contact Towsleys before placing your order. 920.482.1217

4) How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email. Click on the Order Status button for order details and shipping information. Call customer service at 920.482.1217 with any questions or you may email

with questions.

5) How do I make a return or an exchange?
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns are allowed as Towsleys does not maintain an inventory of apparel items.

6) How long does my order take to ship?
Standard production is 6-8 weeks.

7) Why am I being charged tax?
We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax.
